The Queen Elizabeth II Playing Field is Catterall's well used recreational ground owned and maintained by the Parish Council. The field offers a full sized regulation football league pitch, a multi-use games area, young children's play area and youth shelter.
Catterall Village Hall is also situated on the field together with a large car park, giving vehicular access to the facilities. The hall is run by Catterall Village Hall Committee, information on facilities and booking is displayed by the front door.
